Hey There!

We’re Rosa (a speech therapist) and Sergio (an occupational therapist)—born and raised in the border town of Matamoros, Tamaulipas, just across from Brownsville, Texas. That’s where our story started.

From Study Dates to Move-In Day

After 10 years of dating and six years of combined college and grad school between San Antonio and Austin, TX, we finally made the big move—back to San Antonio, ready to build both our family and our careers in pediatric therapy.

Why We Started Pediatric Constellations

After working for years in outpatient clinics, we kept seeing the same problem: families waiting way too long to get therapy services. That just didn’t sit right with us. So, we decided to create our own path—and that’s how Pediatric Constellations was born.

What We Believe

Every child deserves access to therapy now—without being stuck on a long waitlist. And every therapist deserves the chance to grow their practice and do what they love. Our goal is to connect families with trusted therapists who help kids grow, play, learn, and speak with confidence—while also supporting therapists so they can serve more families and expand their impact.

Reviews from Previous Supervisors

Sergio is an intelligent, hardworking and extremely trustworthy therapist, who immediately proves how easy it is to work with him, but also to resolve any conflict calmly and logically. I recommend his services to anyone seeking a professional who is dedicated, ethical, competent, creative and passionate about helping children with special needs and support their families.

Claudia Goswitz, M.S., M.A. CCC-SLP, BCBA, LBA, MBA

I am very confident Sergio has all the clinical expertise, professionalism, passion, and dedication to succeed in starting his own private practice and I have no doubt he is fully committed to ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care possible.

Crystal Diaz, M.A., CCC-SLP, BCBA, LBA

Rosa is a bi-lingual SLP, and currently serves both English and Spanish clients efficiently. She is prompt, organized, flexible, a team player, and is passionate about her job. She builds rapport effortlessly with not only the clients but also with their families. She sets the expectations of her therapy sessions from the beginning allowing progress to be made.
